Mondo8 operates in partnership with authorized dealers only, and does not entertain listing requests from private sellers to maintain listing authenticity, product legitimacy and prevent fraudulent cases from arising.
Dealer Screening and Mondo8 Guidelines
Mondo8 accepts only dealers that provide a valid local business registration, tax number, and photo ID. An authenticated dealer must sign an exclusive agreement with Mondo8, stipulating that any negotiable item provided to Mondo8 or its customers is genuine and meets merchantable quality. The dealer is responsible for inspecting each product's authenticity before the sale. Failure to comply or any issues that arise may lead to action against the dealer, whom must cooperate with the Mondo8 support team to make returns and refunds to customers.
Full Refund, Custodian Account, and Money Hold
Every purchase made on Mondo8 is fully insured. The proceeds will only be credited to the dealer's account on the 15th days after the customer receives the product. The extended period allows customers to make a detailed inspection without any complaints. If Mondo8 receives a fraudulent report or complaint from a customer about a defective product, the 14-day money hold period guarantees the customer can initiate a return and full refund request. Our customer support will assist in shipping the item back to the dealer to receive a full refund from end to end.

Both Inland and international purchases have fully insured shipments. Mondo8 reduces customer risk by allowing only dealers to ship products through appointed shipment partner to ensure full coverage in case of unsuccessful delivery in the edge cases.
